This has been the worst customer service I've received from any food establishment in over 20 years...traditionally I've gone out of my way to avoid this location, however, today I thought I'd give them another try, I haven't had such a wrong judgement call in 30 plus years. A new low, before I could even order I was greeted in such an in considerate manner one might think the proprietor was deliberately trying to have her business/franchise taken away. The level of service continues to diminish absolutely amazing... Subway cut your loses and get rid of her before the damage becomes irreversible... This is no reflection on the staff they're, clearly very young and unaware of what professionalism is...What they will come to understand is the owner offers a great example of what never to do when you're serving the public... more
