I was very pleased with our tech, Chris. He was pleasant and very detailed with me. We've had plumbers in the past who were had a ""sales pitch"" approach. Chris took the time to explain the details of the problem and provide physical evidence of the problem. He was able to provide us with a temporary fix through auger (probably spelled it wrong) and walk me through the different options for a long term solution. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter because of our experience with Chris.
