3 years ago I needed a shower faucet replaced in my bathroom. I called Channelview Plumbing and they came out and gave me an estimate that was ridiculously high. I asked about it and they explained that they had to go in thru the front of the shower, because the other side of the wall was not accessible. I understood and they agreed to replace the sheet rock once the repair was done. Well, the didn't do the sheetrock work and when I called them a couple of days later to see when they were coming back to finish, they got upset and told me they didn't do that kind of work and I needed to get a sheetrocker to fix the hole. I ended up calling the BBB (the only time I've done that) and then they relented and came out and finished the job. NEVER USE THESE GUYS! They're dirty scoundrels.
