The gals at the front desk act like you should be begging for their attention.This fits my view of Aveda grads and soon to be grads as ""uppity""-I had a couple of questions and got a flat""I don't know.""My student was enthusiastic,talented and kind but by the time the teacher tries to sell you some product during the skin analysis there isn't much of your hour left.Was my facial a half an hour?It wasn't an hour ,did not include steam or extractions and cost $45 before the tip.Wouldn't I be better off with a full hour and a licensed esthetician?Even if I wanted to see my student again I probably couldn't because the front desk could only give me her first name-a common one and no last initial.I filled out some bogus survey at the end that basically asked me if I was suggestively sold and asked nothing about how I enjoyed my service or if I would be back.If my student had been average I would have been steamed but now I can just remember why it has been so long since I was there last.This was Not worth the hassle parking and NOT worth the $ !
