My wife and I ate at the Brown Derby Roadhouse in Lyndhurst, Ohio last night, March 10, 2012. We woke up in the middle of the night very ill, and this continued through the day today. We called the restaurant to alert the management that we may have had a food borne illness. To our surprise, the manager we spoke with, Jay, was rude, flippant and completely unconcerned. He indicated that food borne illnesses can take up to 72 hours to appear and asked how we knew his food made us sick. We have a good feeling that we got sick from something we had at the restaurant, but cannot proove this, of course. We are more concerned about how we were treated and that the manager was less than concerned that we were ill and that others may become ill also. We were appalled by his lack of concern and do not recommend this restaurant due to this!
