I highly recommend roto-rooter. Our sump pump broke during the horrible thunderstorms we have been having. I called Roto-rooter around 11:30 pm and Bill was here at 1:30 to replace the sump pump and the seal. The seal was put on incorrectly and made the task of getting it off very difficult. Bill did a complete job and did not finish until 5 am. My husband and I were shocked that Roto-rooter does not charge a middle of the night fee (we were very happy with that). If we ever need a plumber again, I will definately request Roto-rooter and Bill!
