I have had the misfortune of dealing with these folks to service my Rolex and repair a gold braclet clasp. The crystal they replaced on the Rolex was a knock off imitation. They did not tell me it would be ahead of time nor when I picked it back up. They got glue on the inside of the watch and refused to do the job correctly. I ended up having to ship the watch back to switzerland to have Rolex make the repair. My other item, a gold braclet was fixed incorrectly as well. The clasp had a notch so that it would click once in place. They eliminated the notch & I eliminated Ron from my life. The reason they got 1 star is because you can not choose zero.
