I have moved to austin and have had nothing but problems with the billing with this company. The agents there are very unfamiluar with the systems and do not have customer service skills. The agents talk over you and will hang up on you. The supervisors do not call back and they lie for their agents. I was offerd a position to work for the company but i turned down the position because of everything that i had gone through with the company i refused to work with a company that robs their customers. I am moving outside of Austin to get away from this company, the gas prices are enough to deal with let alone dealing with a monopolizing company such as Austin Energy.
