I placed an order back in September 2011, the company charged my amex card and told me that I would receive the items in 2-3 weeks. After waiting 1 month, I called to find out that the items were on back order and it would take an additional 2 weeks. After 2 months of waiting, I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Today, six months later, I am still waiting for my refund and have reported the company to BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
