Do not allow this company to manage your property. They never performed a 6 month inspection on our property and when the tenent left, we discovered there had been a fire in the kitchen. After notifying them of my displeasure of their service I terminated their service. They decided they wanted to keep their commission for the next 3 months and refused to reimburse me. Their service is below par for any management company. I also had to replace sod over the property because Weichert Realtors Hometown First failed to manage my property. They only want to manage your monthly fee, not your property.
