Paul Cugini and Denis King are the most incompetent builders you will find. My first red flag was their 1970's business cards! From the moment we signed the contract, Denis and Paul ignored phone calls, missed deadlines and acted as if we didnt exist. My only explanation is that they are on drugs. Seriously. Oh, and don't expect them to apologize or acknowledge fault in any way. It's always the contractor's fault, the city's fault, etc.
