Before I booked my appointment, I knew that I wanted Ombre highlights, but had read the horror stories about hairstylist who say they know how to create this style and they come out looking a hot mess. Well, after careful research, I found Hair Studio Sonterra. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very friendly and offered me something to drink and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. Patricia was, needless to say, AWESOME. For those of you who are thinking about getting Ombre highlights, it's a very long process, especially if you have long, thick hair like myself.
