I was referred to Rad by my Porsche sales exec after asking for suggestions about a dependable audio 'pro' to advice me on options on how best to completely replace the factory OEM equipment that came with my new Porsche Cayenne. I had strict requirements and zero tolerance for error or lack of urgency or attention to detail and Rad and I got along right away. Don?t let his laid back approach or less than warehouse size operational facilities fool you, he knows his stuff and he has a decent crew working for him. I knew what I generally wanted going in which was high end and trick it out a bit but also doing so without compromising taste. I received multiple scenarios/choices to think decide from with no pressure (no need really when you?re talking several thousand dollars etc). It came down to execution and Rad delivered on time as committed. Did some special customizing and my main touchscreen unit looks better than any other Porsche equipment I?ve seen; I constantly get positive compliments etc. Rad can be a bit pricey at first but you get what you pay for and he will work with you to get to the right $ amount for the project. I've had no issues and would recommend and use him again. My only constructive criticism would be that as I consider myself a ?high end customer?, it would be nice to get proactive communications (emails, newsletter etc) with recommendations on things to consider that would be complementary to my vehicle. Overall, job done well, on time and on budget.
