I have 5 kids all in college and in highschool. We always book a party bus for prom thru kansas city party bus.
They have a layout that is very spacious, and we had a terible experience when we used Kool Nites years back. Plus its alot safer than 40 kids driving around town after partying thier ass off.
Party buses should be sponsored by the goverment or a DUI charity, its so practical.
