Ordered a upgraded premium arrangement thru FTD for my wife to be delivered on Feb 13 as an early Valentine's surprise. Dusty's Flowers filled the order. I was surprised at the poor quality arrangement. I called the store number number numerous times only to be disconnected or transferred to a call center. My call was never returned. The arrangement that was delivered was not an upgraded premium arrangement. It was a small arrangement and many of the roses were substituted with carnations. The arrangement was not even close to what I paid for. Will never use them again.
