Truck 005-Trailer 95889 was doing well over the 60 mph posted speed limit on I-81 in Virginia on Sunday, 02/05/2012 heading north at the Troutville exit 150 at 4:55 pm. Drivers wonder why the on board recorders are being addressed these days and then you see a truck running well above the speed limit. There have been enough accidents on I-81 in Virginia lately. That driver was disregarding the safety of the traveling public. I believe the DOT needs to be aware of these companies that do not make their drivers obey the speed limits! Wonder what the logs are showing. A letter to them will be sent today.
