Our family has used A-pet care many times and the employee was Jean. We would have expected loving and excellent care however, Jean insulted my mother, called her a hoarder, made threats, called our animals awful names. We want to make sure no one goes through an experience like this. This women is being taken to court for defermation of character. If you choose to use this service do not ever let Jean in your home. My Mother actually felt physically threatened by this women after nasty notes, emails, and additional threats. Pets should be loved and so should people. Be aware of business and their employees.
