My eye insurance allows an exam and glasses every two years. In the meantime I wanted to order glasses myself on the internet. When I called for my prescription information they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. After picking it up they left out one number (PD number). When I called asking for it they wanted $5 dollars. Ridiculous!!! I realize they don't want to lose business but this really did the opposite for them.. They really did lose my business. They won't be seeing me when I'm due for another exam and glasses.
