I'm not exactly sure what other people are expecting to get from a tanning salon. It's pretty basic, you pick a package, sign up and go in as a walk in to tan. Not exactly a complicated thing.
I joined this month and called ahead first to get a feel for the staff after reading these bad reviews. The woman on the phone was very friendly, professional and informative. I decided to ignore the reviews based on that call. I went in that night and signed up for their services. I was greeted by both girls sitting at the front counter. They both were smiling and willing to answer any questions I had about packages and lotions.
I've belonged to several other tanning salons over the years. Not only this Catch A Tan, but their other salons have been clean, well priced and personally I think that the staff does a nice job. They greet you with a smile and it's nice that they recognize you and make the effort to get to know you by name.
