My husband and I had outstanding service with Heath! (Tech #) 27-9227). After a gas leak was found on our water heater, our gas and electric company shut off our hot water and told us to call a plumber immediately. We called Roto-Rooter about our problem, and not even 30 minutes later a technician arrived to assess the problem. We made the decision to replace our 12 year old water heater. The very next morning, just as the technician the night before had promised, Heath arrived and quickly got to work. He was very timely and thorough, explaining to us exactly what he was doing as he installed our new water heater. He explained to us about the warranty on his work, the warranty on the water heater itself, and what we should do if any problems were to arise. Overall, calling Roto-Rooter was the best decision we could have made, and we will not hesitate to call them again for our future plumbing needs. I have already referred a couple of my friends to Roto-Rooter for their plumbing issues. This is a great company that stands by their work and serves their customers in a friendly, timely manner.
