Horrible, aweful, nasty. These people do not know about customer service. They do not honor Roadloans, they want their bank. They complain about fees. They do not look for solutions. I called back a second time thinking I could salvage the deal. Got the finance manager... ugh how arrogant! I was told that I had to do all the foot work etc. I hung up. I was approved for a 6 digit loan. Please, do yourself a favor do not buy there.
