I order the pad tai and they added extra $2 and charged my card. I spoke with the waitress whose name is Lin, she kept saying that they raised the price, even though the menu which just came says the same price(6.95). She refused to void it and told me that the computer automatically charged cards. She said the manager won't be available the next day. I was honestly disgusted with the way she tried to get away with overcharging and being fine with it. It is such a small amount, but if they are charging the wrong amount, they have to fix it. Where is the trust between customers and them??\r

The Worst thing is they keep cards number on file. Who knows they might charge your card one day and pretend as if nothing happened... I am very sure that they would do that with any sense of guilt.\r

I was so upset that they think that they can get away with their dishonest acts. I am reporting to this police. \r
