The place is clean and spacious but it is unpleasant to go to get my nails done: as soon as you enter the owner (a sort of an aggressive Quentin Tarantino actress) welcomes you with a rude ""what do you want?"" . The employees are terrified by her. In addition, The employees talk to each other quietly in Korean and making comments during the work. That it is not polite to the customer. Then the women constantly ask you if you want to add anything with the evident intention of making more money and as soon as you ask for something the first response is ""it costs you ...."". When the service is finished immediately all approach the cash desk and immediately give you a receipt waiting for a tip. And what the dickens!!! ... just a bit of kindness...
