Dr. Schachter was really great. He listened to the problem and then asked me a lot of questions. At the end of the hour, he explained that I was having a stress reaction and the symptoms were all normal. He spoke in a way that made a lot of sense. He then went on to teach me a series of what he called "problem solving protocols" to help me look at the work problems from different angles. He then showed me how to strategically handle my boss.\r
