First, Dr. Wrigley is great. She is very attentive and seems like a very knowledgeable doctor. She gave me a lot of time during my eye exam and seemed very attentive to my issues. Her front desk staff, however, is awful. Just awful. They are not nice, very unprofessional. Each time I am in there, all I hear is them talking about all of the drama in their lives. And, the music they choose to play is terrible. Last time I was in there, they were playing very unprofessional rap music. Here's a tip for Dr. Wrigley, clean house! Get rid of your front desk staff. It's because of them that I will be finding another opthamologist.
