Avoid at all costs. My visit began with paying a fee when I darkened the door. They hook you for a fee and make you wait for HOURS (yes, I expect a wait, but two hours?) so if you give up and bail because you, you know, have a life to get back to, they pocket that money. There were half a dozen people in the office the same time I was, complaining about the same treatment. Finally, I get called back, where I sit for another 30 minutes. Then, I get ""seen"" by a doctor who tells me, and I'm quoting, ""I'll prescribe this and give it a day or so. If you see no change, come back and I'll try something else."" He said he'd leave a prescription at the front desk. Still feeling like crap two days later, I went back, thinking I'd see what other prescription he left me. The front office ""lady,"" (I use that term very loosely,) looked at me like I was an idiot. There was nothing waiting for me. I then get a bill, above the fee they charged me when I went in. I've NEVER been charged anything other than a co-pay. Before I can get anyone from the office to call me back, after NUMEROUS attempts, I get ANOTHER bill, higher, naturally. I leave more messages, none are EVER returned. I finally just wrote them out a check and cut my ties which is all they were after in the first place. These people, from the gal at the front counter to the heifer in billing (there's really no other word to describe this woman that will make it through the filter, but she must have the best lunch break policy EVER because she was always ""at lunch"")are an insult to any profession, particularly medical. more
