I was pleasantly surprised after ordering from Saigon Basil.
The Spicy Basil Leaves was simply excellent - the thin, tender white meat chicken was delicious, and the mixed veggies included asparagus, red and orange pepper, and fresh basil. Everything was very fresh and high quality, competitive with some of the better thai restaurants I've been to. To top it off, they allow a choice of white, fried, or brown rice.
The brown rice complemented the healthy freshness of the Spicy Basil dish very well and resulted in a fantastic dish, healthy and delicious even for those who typically shy away from asian delivery for nutrition or quality reasons.I dont usually get brown rice, but I'd recommend it with this dish.
The Beef Lo Mein was alright. I'm not sure if they use a different kind of meat for different dishes, but the beef lacked the freshness and quality of the chicken used in the Spicy Basil. Not terrible, just okay.
Oh, and did I mention that the food arrived in UNDER 30 MINUTES
