The plumber was a little late getting to our house compared to the time they told us, but at least they were able to make a same-day appointment. The fact they were able to get here the day we called them really helped. The plumber, Nick, was professional and courteous, and worked quickly. Absolutely no customer service issues. The prices seemed a little high. $250 to unclog a drain, but again, the fact they had a flexible availability really helped. I think they are one of the premier plumbing companies in the Cincinnati area.
