Plumber service in Cincinnati - I scheduled service for basement drain Sunday night for Monday between 9-11AM. Serviceman Dominique showed up at 9:30AM. Drain was cleared in less than 30 minutes. Serviceman was professional, friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself. \r
Roto-Rooter charges a bit too much for this service however, they guarantee their work and it is done in a professional manner. It is my opinion that having the job done right the first time, with a guarantee, is worth the extra cost, given the extra time and frustration of having someone come back to "redo" what should have been done on the first visit. Roto-Rooter also re-lined my mom's main drain a few months ago and did a terrific job there as well.\r
I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter's service to any of my friends or family. Great job!
