The office staff is terrible, very disrespectful (Nancy Villatoro). I've never rented a place that you cannot see before move in date, the model looks nothing like what you're getting. The apartments are full of roaches, repairs are needed on somethings such as windows leak of cold air pouring thru them and problems with bathroom toilet. Overall they are not too bad I've seen worst. I think they are in need of a better management staff and definitely more professional office staff.
