This is a REAL review, in spite of comments to the contrary by the owner of this salon. What's the point of reviews if real people with perhaps a negative review aren't heard? You see, that's the problem with The Loft. The problems, such as not receiving confirmation calls, or even getting a return call when a message is left, or dealing with a rude, deceptive stylist like Amy aren't ever addressed. Arianna (who is a fantastic stylist by the way) tried numerous times to address these problems with Christopher because they were affecting her clients and her business and Christopher either downplayed or ignored her pleas, and even accused Arianna of making them up. Smear campaign? Not a chance. This salon has done a good job of smearing itself. Call me if you want to know if I'm a real person. 720-394-7832
