I can not begin to express my thanks enough to The Loft Hair Studio for the amazing haircut and treatment my mom and I have received. We chose to go to The Loft based on the reviews here and are so glad we did. My mom, having moved here to CO for a fresh start, had never been to a salon before. She was very nervous but Christopher but her mind at ease and spent the time to ask her what she was wanting, talked about her face shape and how certain cuts would look, and then went right to work. When he was finished, she not only looked beautiful but she felt incredible about herself. She is excited to go back for her next appointment.
I too went in a little scared as I have had the same person cut my hair for years but I needed something different and boy did I get it. Christopher took the time to ask me what I wanted, talked with me about the shape of my face and how different cuts would look and I basically said ""I trust you. Give me something new"" and he did. I have received more compliments on my hair than ever before.
After our haircuts, we both received ""Thank You"" postcards and a coupon for our next visit. The Loft goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and feel appreciated as a customer. I appreciate the service I receive from them each time I go in and highly recommend them.
