Giving this salon a 1 star - is gracious.
I was very disappointed with the way that Anita handled our arrangement. We met prior to my wedding and spoke about what I wanted and how my needs could be met. We had everything on the schedule along with my wishes and clear lines of what I did not want. The day came and they had no appointment for me, nor an artist available at the time. They then had no information about the pre-wedding consultation and my wishes and desires. After all this, they still charged me full price. I was an hour late to my own wedding and had to re-do most of the make up when I arrived at the Church. I wouldn't recommend Anita or Elan Makeup, because of their unprofessional conduct and ways to run business.
