We have 3 dogs that go to daycare 2x week and we like to additionally patronize facilities that offer grooming , boarding . We generally spend $8,000 year on these services . We found recently Camp Bow of Cary Nc Lost their General Manager and replaced that GM with immature hourly personnel with no customer service skills . The franchise owner is rarely there after taking this franchise over and recently ""we understood through his appearance at the facility ""he is deep in need of customer skills as well"" and it sadly has appears to be ""money extraction business than a service business that understands customer service"".
