I have been attending the church with my family for over a year and have been welcomed at every turn. The Pastor has always been friendly, informative, and Bible-based in his sermons and interactions with everyone I've seen. The church is very mission oriented. Spreading the word of God through deeds. ""You will know they are Christians by their love"" seems to sum up their attitude. You don't need to dress up to attend this church and you certainly can find events to fill you spiritually more days than Sunday. I am not a member of the church and they have asked us to join but never pressured us. I have been burned by bad churches in the past so I'm hesitant to 'join' another one. But member or not, Zion is a welcoming, nurturing, loving, Christian, Bible-based church. Try it sometime soon!
