This is the 5th time I have gone to Popular and they are a great resource. Probably the most friendly car mechanics I have ever met. They give me a very detailed item list before any repairs are done and they are very honest about which repairs are essential and which are lower priority or possibly even DIY. I've only gotten top-level service and would definitely recommend them.
