I hired Action Plumbing to install a new AC unit, replace my old furnace, remove my swamp cooler and replace the cooler with an attic fan. \r
\r
When they patched the old swamp cooler hole in my hallway, the job was half-assed. About 9 months later, I discovered a leak from when they installed the attic fan. When I called to inform them of the water damage, they sent someone out to look at it. The person said ""I don't see any water stains"". I was like ""are you serious""? The drywall was soft to the touch, and there was a distinct yellow ""square"" where my swamp cooler vent used to be. After pointing out the obvious to the technician, he told me that he would send out the person who performed the work to take a look at it. \r

After 1 month and 3 phone calls, I finally got the person out that did the work installing the attic fan and drywall. He said that the drywall ""isn't really that bad...just put a fresh coat of paint over the water stains"". He went on the roof and put a can of roof-patch (tar stuff) around the flashing of the attic fan and he said that I was ""good to go"". He refused to repair the water damage that was caused by impropper installation of the attic fan.\r

There are about a dozen other smaller things that proved this company to be unethical and dishonest. I will never use them again, but I WILL be sure to spread my story around :)
