We had tried the home remedies of Drano and such, but to no avail. I called Roto-Rooter since we obviously needed a plumber and they had someone in the area that could be there in about an hour. Nick showed up about 30 minutes later, diagnosed the problem and explained it all to us. He was quick, efficient and easy to work with. Very pleasant experience with Roto-Rooter of Cincinnati!
