The Technician that came to our home was very professional. He brought the tools needed for the job. Also he was able to use his camera scope to show us the problem.. Those tree roots are not a good thing. Keven was able to fix the problem for a short term but we will be needing them to come back out to get rid of the tree roots so this doesn't happen again.
