My car has had a lot of recent issues, so I've had a few experiences with this shop. The manager who operates the front desk is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things in a non-technical way and offer suggestions. He has better customer service skills then a lot of mechanics I've encountered. I have never been pushed into an unnecessary service. They take the time to test and verify before recommending a repair. I had a starter replaced from them a couple months ago, that ended up failing. I took it into the shop today. They replaced it with no charge and even gave me some other car-related suggestions along the way. That and my previous experiences prompted me to write this review.
