Nothing but nice words - on one day anyhow, because he never showed up after estimating the service he would need to be doing around the house. The estimate would have been enough for any landscaper, but Joe also had to convince us of the good guy he was and told us all about his business philosophy - not the truth it turns out! He never showed up at the appointed time or day, he did not even call let alone return our calls. This is so disappointing and possibly indicative of how our economy ended up where it is today: unreliable (potential) business partner without the most basic sense of courtesy.
