Dr. Silverstein can seem scary to some little ones. We used Dr. Lane (a nurse practitioner) for a while but experienced long wait times. We were told that our actual appointment time was a half hour behind the time marked on our appointment cards, incase of any paperwork or updating that might need to be done. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned, our time is valuable too.
