My boyfriend and I went to looking for a living room set after about an hour, we finally agreed on the one set with the sofa and love seat that both recline. Just before leaving, the store we asked the sales person if the set was in the warehouse, he told us that it would be ready for pick up the next day and we could then go pick it up. The following day much to our surpirse they were giving us the floor model after it had already been layed on, sat on, and played with as far as the reclining mechanism. Might as well have have sold us something that was used ..... Instead we asked for the money back and went else where.
