Father's Dream home appliances and repair service is a scam. I contacted there appliance store to have one of the burners on my stove repaired. They charge $65 dollars to come out to your home and diagnosis the problem. Once the issue or problem has been found. They claim to deduct $30 dollars from the $65 dollar diagnosis, once the repairs have been made. But, when the repair tech came out to my home he never really put any real work or effort into repairing my stove. The repair tech twisted one screw on the burner two or three times. Turns around, looks at me and says ""It can't be repaired I can't remove the screw. Of, course this was after the $65 dollars had already been paid for them to come out to my home and diagnosis the problem.
They are a total rip off and have no intentions of doing any repairing or fixing your appliances. They charge you $65 dollars to come out to your home. Tell you that your appliances can't be fix and then keep your $65 dollars.
They have already had 4 complaint filed against them with the Better Business Bureau for problems with products and services. Stay away from this company all their products and services are garbage.
