Out of respect for my mother, I must leave this review. Maryellen is unprofessional and has no compassion for her customer. It was difficult enough to deal with the negligence of their work and the lack of urgency to repair their mistakes but to talk to someone who was rude and ignorant is beyond words. She is in the wrong business. I would not wish my experience with her on anyone. I hope someday, that in her time of grief, she encounters someone just like her.
