I had the best customer service from Al's Heating- they are knowledgeable, detail oriented and went above and beyond in helping me select a fireplace insert on a tight timeline. I am doing a complete interior remodel and have spoken to and shopped many places throughout this process and I haven't encountered any one with the same level of service that I experienced with Al's.
