I had my appointment this past Friday. It is always a great experience from the time I walk in the door and they greet me by name. I was really touched by how they rallied around my stylist when she couldn't finish our appointment due to a medical issue. The family atmosphere that Marcia has created is touching. No one complained about having to rearrange their workload to cover for my stylist. I love everyone there. Even more now.
