Since moving into PoloPark, I have had a number of poor experiences. In the first month there were numerous visits to the complex by the police. I came home on four occasions to find the parking in front of my building blocked by cop cars. I had a problem with rodents as described in one of the other reviews as well. Nothing about living here has been good. In addition to this there is a constant issue with mold so much so that the management puts a notice on their monthly news letter about reporting mold issues. The air handler units are in the bathrooms in these apartments and therefore susceptible to collecting moisture from the shower. The vents in my apartment and the entire air system constantly showed signs of mold. If you have any sensitivity to this or allergies please avoid these apartments. When I complained about the issue which is clearly caused by the design and engineering of the air system I was told that it was my fault for not maintaining things properly.
