Reading all the reviews, I feel that I need to clarify a few things. First of all, the "after hours" phone number is on the answering machine so, if you listen to the message, there is no reason that you cannot get in touch with the tow truck driver; secondly, the fee for illegal tows is accepted in cash or CREDIT....the only form of payment not accepted is CHECKS; and thirdly, the company provides all customers with rides to the impound yard and there is no charge for that.\r
Now, for auto repair, I hear many, many, many people VERY pleased with the work done there, me being one of them. Also, if you have a problem and call and talk to Mike, he always does whatever he can to fix the problem and have a happy customer. The majority of his customers have been relying on his experise for decades and would go no where else. It is a shame that people have the ability to bash one of the few reputable businesses in Indiana.
