Run as fast as you can. There are too many other pool supply places to waste your time on this one. Major clutter and unorganized and they are way over priced for the same item somewhere else. The owner is rude and does not back up her products. Very poor customer service. I purchased a 10lb tub of chlorine tablets yesterday and found the same tub for $10.00 dollars cheaper at another pool supply. When I tried to return the tub today UNOPENED, the owner told me she could not return the itemed unsealed by law. The tub was not sealed when I purchased it, how could I possibly return it sealed? I may have lost $10.00, but she and her store lost a lot more business from me, my family and friends. Her pool quotes are way over priced also. We bought the same pool and accessories for hundreds less then her quote. Too bad, too sad.
